Coastal Maine Attractions
Enjoy gorgeous beaches, craggy cliffs and breathtaking sunsets along 5,500 miles of Maine’s coastline. One of the more popular beaches is Old Orchard Beach which provides 7 miles of fun, surf and sand! Don’t forget three of our Maine RV resorts are located here! Other coastal beach towns include:
- Kittery – Offering cobblestone streets, pubs, antique shops and outlet stores PLUS ocean views! (Just 20 minutes from Flaggs RV Resort!)
- Kennebunkport – Another popular Maine summer destination. Enjoy great dining, boutiques, and scenic drives! Consider the Seashore Trolley Museum while you are there!
- Ogunquit – Family-friendly coastal town offering 3.5 miles of sandy beach, fishing, museums, golfing and more! Tip: Don’t miss Marginal Way, a 1¼ mile walk connecting Perkins Cove and the village center of Ogunquit. Just a short drive from York and Old Orchard Beach and 2 hours from Rockport – a great day trip!
